  About Angeleque Santiago

Angeleque Santiago is the nom de plume for a voluptuous woman whose family heritage is a sensual mix of African-American, Irish, Native American and Italian.

Ms. Santiago has lived her entire life in beautiful Michigan .  When she's not writing or working her day job she enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, candle-making, crocheting and quilting, bargain shopping and being with her family and friends.  She is involved in a healthy relationship and while she has no children, loves her nephew and spoils him with her time and attention.

She loves to travel, has a thirst and passion for life and love that shines through in her writing.

Angeleque is also a voracious reader, writes articles on writing and her writing life and is a book reviewer for Romance Divas.

You can keep up with Angeleque through her blog and yahoo group.

In the Writing phase – the story is being written and worked on on a daily/weekly basis.

In the Revising and Editing phase – The first draft is done and the story is now being polished, honed, touched up, revised and edited by me and my critique partners

In the Submission phase – The story has entered its 2nd or 3rd draft and is now being considered for publication.  It has been either submitted to publishing house or potential agents.

During the Request stage – the story has been looked at by an editor or agent and additional material has been requested.

In the Acquire phase – the story has been officially acquired by an agent or editor and will be published.
